Some other comments I read was the child fell around 2 stories or so from those that know the building and where the child fell from. There were officers that came and got the child.
Why these women are laughing - your guess is as good as mine. Did they think it was a prank? Could they not see it was a child? Did they think this was someone doing a stunt (like running across a baseball field for attention). It’s my understanding this video was taken many years ago, and the video was removed from the internet for many years someone said. pedophilia and trafficking may not have been the first thing to come to their mind in those days.
