Excellent. Saturn (666) rings (power) have been weakened.

Moon analysis spot on, I like the Chrysalis (almost an anagram of Charles contained within) explanation too - new beginnings.

The name significance in relation to your decode seems to be:

Jack Wisdom and Brynna Downey
