I am one of those people that inherently finds problems in most things. The trick is not to go overboard with it. Identifying problems is absolutely critical to rolling out projects within budget and on time. Works best when you can partner with someone that understands that and helps to troubleshoot the problems. Things go a lot smoother that way.
The counterpoint is just as bad, folks who see no problems. Rose colored lenses. People with their heads in the clouds need grounding in reality just as much as the negative need a boost. Balance.
