Yeah, I have the same question... what is this? Superficially it appears to state that Q was a black hat psy-op, but then again there are too many layers to tell if this is not just another rabbit hole in a world of rabbit holes.

It appears to be an organisation that controls world governments etc. and the web site indicates that they might also have given the go ahead for the Q operation to begin.
