VHF Radio / Communications blackout / Channel 17

Those who live by the water, or have boats, VHF radio will hopefully be a way to communicate. I suggest we all use channel 17 in the case it happens. Pass the word.

Rodg-O. Already set up a couple of stations to work the chicken band, complete with world-wide transmission power and all the "funnies". THEY CAN'T STOP US ALL!!!
