I looked myself on Google Maps and find no outliers of grid lock on the central interstate Hwy from Moscow. Indeed, a major highway does exist between St. Petersburg and Moscow, which are two major cosmopolitan cities in Russia. So, this busy interstate Hwy is indeed a major source for moving commerce between the two cities and elsewhere. This is similar to I-5 between LA and San Diego and elsewhere. My bet is there are times to which heavy traffic does occur on this route as it is commonly found in the US. Secondly, St. Petersburg is not on the border of Finland and there is no heavy traffic between St. Petersberg and Finland. Again, the border has been closed and it was the Finns who closed the border with Russia. This fact I'm sure is well known to the people living in St. Petersberg.

From this, there's absolutely no evidence, including this purported Ukrainian source, that Russians are fleeing to Finland. None. Zip. My bet is that it is more of the same Fake News from the Biden Fake News.
