Not owned. Collateralized. Since clinton. I lived in Idaho and Nevada for over 30 years combined and watched it all unfold.

Thanks - so how does this work? China collateralized their land in China for use of our land? I assume this mean they get to grow their food on our land? And in turn we grown our food on their land? I never realized this was happening since our press is so corrupt.
