A ProPublica analysis found that traffic cameras in Chicago disproportionately ticket Black and Latino motorists. But city officials plan to stick with them — and other cities may adopt them too.

I'll say it: when somebody is driving like shit, it happens to be a minority much more often than their fraction of the population. This is my observation. If you're offended, that wasn't my intention, but go ahead and be offended.

Live in Pittsburgh. Typically, in no particular order, blacks, women, the elderly, the people I’m yelling at while driving. We have lots of old people.
