Interesting how everyone seems to be assuming Putin is talking only about nuclear weapons. There is material out there on the Internet for those who are inclined to search that talks credibly about weapons the russians have been developing for decades which make nuclear weapons obsolete. While tactical nuclear devices might still play a role on the next generation battlefield I don't think WW3 will be a nuclear war.
