Has there been anything she's had to cut back on due to inflation? Favorite fruits? Restaurant meals? Spa treatments? If so, gift certificates to restaurants and spas. A gift basket with favorite foods. This will give her something to look forward to post surgery.

If she trusts in prayer, let her know that there are people praying for her (i will keep her in my prayers :)
