What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

You’re not losing your mind. It could be stress causing the restless sleep and vivid dreams. Try cutting down on caffeine if you use it, especially after 5pm.
I’m not a meditation expert but I do meditate by repeating phrases or prayers that I’ve memorized. Over and over and over and in a calm, quiet place. So try that maybe. Find a phrase that is positive and easy to memorize (I’m sure an internet search will have a lot of suggestions) and set some time aside to try it with no phone interruptions, family or pets and possibly some very calming music (I.e. y outube.) I find it clears out the negative thoughts and random stuff that I ruminate about and helps with memory. Definitely calming. Then I talk to God in a clearer state of mind.
