I did this same sort of test with various phrases:

"Ate a sandwich 2020" - 24.8 Million

"Ate a sandwich 2021" - 25.5 Million

"Ate a sandwich 2022" - 43.1 Million

"Bring the Beat In 2020" - 472 Million

"Bring the Beat In 2021" - 667 Million

"Bring the Beat In 2022" - 1.28 Billion

"Pancakes 2020" - 129 Million

"Pancakes 2021" - 164 Million

"Pancakes 2022" - 334 Million

I don't think you're finding anything all that significant here.
