Just as a matter of interest, you said you were pretty ill when you had covid. How long were you very ill for?
When I got it I started to treat it 1 hour after I noticed the first symptoms (start of a sore throat, strange tight, heavy feeling in my lungs)
I used herbal cold and flu capsules that also contained zinc, only 36 mg per day.( The only medication I could get)(From supermarket,no prescription)( In Australia there was no early treatment available)
The Federal and State Governments knew about HCQ and Ivermectin but suppressed all information.
By day 3 it was very bad ( I felt I'm not going to survive this!) Breathing difficulties, light headedness, throat very sore.
Woke up on day 4,and it was mostly gone expect for mild sore throat and congestion in my lungs.
Finished the 6 day course of capsules (By day 5 all symptoms gone except for lung congestion, but breathing good)
I'm interested about how you felt with it and how you got on.
I wrote about it in a post about shedding last year

Here's the bit about me getting the 'rona in 2020:
Thanks for the reply. You had no form of early treatment?
It looks like you had a very bad time.
That bit about your hair sounds interesting. I've got the same type of baldness but covid didn't give me any more which is a shame!
Are you in the north? My people came from Yorkshire and Lancashire.
zinc and vitamins and treatments for the reflux.
I'm in the midlands.
At least you have your testosterone still! I think the reason the baldness suddenly reversed may have been damage to my testosterone production. We know the spike protein can do that. Anyway, I'm pleased with the thin short hair and now use caffeine shampoo to try to keep it a bit longer.
Good luck with your new hair!
Do you have any on going issues post covid? It sounds like you were very fortunate. You could have been in real trouble.
All I have is a bit of slight lung damage. Often have to clear my throat.
