His speech is irrelevant and will be ignored by those he is speaking to BECAUSE what is driving this is MONEY! Massive amounts of government and private insurance money that was opened by Congress and Obama with the Affordable Care Act that mandated that insurance carriers cover trans surgery and treatment.
