Observations:

~ Downtown Milwaukee?? Filthy sidewalk could use a good power wash

~ Concrete bench is also filthy and has graffiti, needs power wash

~ Window of building behind him is filthy, needs power wash

(Business opportunity there for someone??)

~ His knees and feet are swollen - thus the slide-on slippers - he's old

~ Long pony tail, tattoos of swastika, weed, sex symbols - former biker type

~ BLM shirt so the black street thugs don't beat him up

~ Rainbow slip-ons so the gays don't beat him up

~ Swastika so the skin heads don't beat him up

~ Face mask, glasses and earphones - protection against interacting with others

Conclusion: A fearful and lonely man who has seen better days.
