Sept 3 2022 unless lawsuits are active against the election results for each individual state - I believe
Im directly involved with a Michigan case in eastern district of Michigan. 22-11572 Smith V DeBoyer.
A bunch of states had FOIA (I believe that’s what they filed) requests for copies of the records that would have been shredded. I know Ohio was complaining on NPR about the requests
Those documents are part of an ongoing investigation.
