Charley 2004?
I think it’s gonna be closer to Wilma unfortunately.
A Fox News meteorologist on stormcastforums just said
Just a data point in the Wilma direction.
Yeah the front really messes with the models surprised if they don’t do better 20 years later.
A difference is Wilma went over the Yucatan Peninsula while Charley went over Cuba.
Got us the tracks. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/02/Wilma_2005_track.png/413px-Wilma_2005_track.png

Ian has been projected by some models to stall over Florida.
Yeah I just see the turn being much more pronounced than the slow subtle one the projected track currently shows.
Just a feeling based on what I’ve seen from the models and how it interacts with a trough and upper level high pressure.
Did you post this because it has a connection to Q or just to discuss so people are aware? Just wondering if I’m missing something.
Awareness. I'm sure foreign military planners are taking it into account, too. A lot of major stuff going on in the world. There will be speculation that the storm is being enhanced or guided, especially if it does stall over Florida.
Where is Mara Largo, it might stall---just a thought.
It was when T was President the huricane changed cource and headed north but this looks like the original projected path.
