It went up really quickly once the invasion started. It’s not worth it for the Russians to knock out the Ukrainian internet.

The invasion was already like two weeks in when Starlink was even mentioned and the Internet was still up as Russia probably wanted people to be able to see what was going on. Russia also left the water, power, and gas supply on as well which you totally do if you plan to steamroll a country like the MSM claimed they were doing.
