stuff like this going on with anyone else? funny cuz Spectrum is my IP and obviously my internet is working but I can't connect to their website

Our internet has been down since early Friday morning (supposedly taken outby a car accident, as we're all local phone and power services down. Those were both back up by mid afternoon, but still no internet. Even my phone data has been iffy, which isn't normal)
