Hitler didn't "create" Israel. Thank Lord Balfour for that. During the time of the Haavara Agreement, the Jews moved to Palestine. Israel wasn't created until years later.

The persecution of Jews opened the door for the mass influx of Ashkenazim into Palestine. The whole thing was an orchestrated event.
