This is a psyop. Think through it logically. If, in fact, the affair did take place, no elite would admit to such a thing. Family wealth was closely guarded in those days. Why would an elite track down a maid years later, and bestow wealth upon an illegitimate child and/or grandchild? Secondly, there would be no proof, because there were no DNA tests.
I have dug into this claim, and there is absolutely no merit to it. I'd have to check my notes on this, but I'm fairly certain Matild left the employ of the household before the child was born. Someone tried to create a story about this long after the participants were deceased, and it is ridiculously unlikely.

Yes, according to the research in this video, she was dismissed from her job as servant at the Rothschild Vienna estate when they discovered she was pregnant. However, she was employed there at the time of conception, in Sept 1846. Handwritten letters in the Rothschild archive in London provide more clues.
IDK for sure but if Wikipedia doesn't even mention that she worked at the Rothschild Vienna estate as a servant, and that is verifiable, it would up the odds for me that he is a Rothschild. It's always what the DON'T say that's a tell.
