Looking at the bright blue berets towards the end of the video I would say they were from the Army Air Corps (why are these always filmed on an IPotato) can't tell 100% but my best guess. Again a guess, but probably connected to the Queen's funeral, and if it's not I shouldn't worry, there's only a handful. The British Army is decimated, below what is officially recognised as a Standing Army. Worse is that many are not fit for frontline operations, so from a force in the 70+k region, prolly only half (ish) could be on ops.
Jeffrey Tambor's character in "Hellboy", whose job was to go on the media and explain away sightings of him, used this same argument for photos of him and Bigfoot and such. It got funnier in the second film when he brings up YouTube and how the improving video quality in cell phones has made his job hell "he even stopped and posed for the camera in this one!"
