I'm an aircraft mechanic, their are no spraying mods on these aircraft. And it's incredibly difficult to add them, you would not begin to belive how much these things are regulated and inspected. The idea of random planes spraying this shit, only makes sense to people who don't work on aircraft.
The poster you're responding to said nothing about "random planes spraying this shit." Why is this always the counterargument you guys immediately default to? You're putting words in @koalakingdom's mouth and arguing from authority. "It's incredibly difficult to add them" - prove it. Even if you can provide the details that you conveniently left out, it doesn't account for the possibility of drones or private aircraft.
Private aircraft are also heavily regulated. You can't alter or modify an aircraft without prior approval of the FAA.
That's fair enough, but there are all kinds of regulations that would prohibit a government from releasing a genetically engineered bioagent on its population. Do you believe that the clot shot is safe because the government is "not allowed" to make it dangerous?
How about our elections? Are they free and fair because a piece of paper says it must be so?
If we acknowledge that these people are willing to tamper with our elections and with pharmaceuticals, why do we act like everything is above-board when it comes to the airspace?
The world of aircraft mechanics is not compromised like the other. We enjoy finding reasons for us not to work on shit.
This. The airline I worked for removed their seatback entertainment system to save weight. They would fucking laugh in your face if you wanted to put spraying equipment on board.
