Correct. It still costs me just ~$8.00 to fully charge my Tesla from 0-100% (300+ miles) at home. Superchargers are more expensive, but I only do one or two road trips a year where i would use those. Electric cars aren't for everyone, but they're not exclusively for hippies.

Does the 300 miles really translate to 300 actual miles? 90%? Serious question
