How do you know if you have covid without taking a test?

Started getting a sore throat yesterday, today got a headache, sore throat, body aches and just starting getting chills.

I haven't gotten a cold in a long time and it's weird because its been warm here.

Labor Day weekend husband and I both came down with the flu. I developed a fever and chills and bad cough. His case was milder. It was the flu. I’ve had it before. Finally did start using my new nebulizer with food grade hydrogen peroxide and Lugol’s iodine to help with cough. Worked great. We both took aspirin
