people should be able to air their grievances as long as it doesn't spill into multiple threads and turn into a board-wide shit-show. if people are afraid to do so, the same disagreeable behavior will persist and become a reason for people to leave. Not everyone is going to like you but I doubt anyone posts here and doesn't want people to read it. Let's try to get past frustration and be constructive with criticism.
