Something to think about - now that the pipelines are 'disabled', the upside of surrender isn't so attractive, since it's not like Russia could even turn the gas back on at this point even if there was some kind of surrender.

I would assume repairs of the pipeline would be expedited. And all logistical capabilities would be transporting oil in the meantime. But, yeah, I don't know, that's just a guess.
