Will there be an offering on the TMTG IPO?

If you vote yes for the extension, and the TMTG deal happens, it wont be IPO. Your shares in DWAC will automatically convert to TMTG - you will already be owning it.

Correct, but both has to happen…1) get enough voice out there for the vote to happen 2) most important and why this hasn’t happened yet and was supposed to months ago, was the SEC allowing the merger to happen…
