What's there to fear?

With 415 million weapons to collect they will have a better shot at collecting Pokémon's and with the government being too broke to buy them all...door to door doesn't work well going forward as they only find out how outnumbered they are, only way for them to win is if we comply. Then there is Justice Thomas for them to overcome as well.
