The other stuff is worrisome. But for the Microchip implant thing, I gotta point out that he has repeatedly warned people that AI/software/hardware is going in directions that scares the shit out of him and that he thinks everyone else should also be more concerned.

Showing off the monkey brought some awareness to our laws and safety standards wildly behind on where tech is going.
