Cool, calm and dry….Stay out of the storm. You are watching a movie.
Or, alternately, "keep your powder dry."
Definition Of Keep One's Powder Dry /Meaning
To be calm and ready for a possible problem in the future. Example: They don't know how the election will turn out, so for now they're just keeping their powder dry .

i like this def too-To be prepared to act with little advance notice
"Dry" can also mean "no alcohol" - as in, a dry county where no booze is sold. We know Trump's outlook on drinking.
I also noted "brilliant." In the UK, "brilliant" can be a slang term for something impressive. Americans might say "awesome" or "most excellent." Brits would say "brilliant."
Could be off the mark; just a couple of things that stood out to me.
