The student city of Nottingham was once again a hive of activity as student freshers (pictured) arrived at Nottingham Trent and the University of Nottingham for the start of term this week.

Its Nottingham, not Newcastle. I know what you mean by the Geordies tolerance to winter, they start wearing T Shirts, thin ones.

Nottingham is not a top tier Uni, but its famous for having 3 women to every 2 men. Its been like this for centuries but no one know why.
