I've seen people speculate over anything to do with water for the last few years. I don't think anyone has ever figured it out.

NWO Global alliances are being destroyed. NATO is crumbling (watch Turkey). Russia is conquering Nazis in Ukraine. China has eliminated the CCP and is taking out deepstate operations in Taiwan (giving N. Korea back independence from CIA control). Pipeline destroys Russia income while destroying lives of millions in EU. EU now responsible for genocide and crimes against humanity. Durham trial is underway showing FBI/CIA/Deepstate politician coup to prevent Trump from uncovering their Global operations. November 11th all of this gets released (on Truth) to the public and mass arrests start happening with new house/senate majority. SEC paid for Dossier and involved with FBI investigation. SEC taken down. Trump will be reinstated as President by January 2023.
