I agree. I don't know Russian well enough to have followed what he said, and Dutch is too different from German for me to follow the written translation. The voice over could have been produced by anyone, and to the extent it followed the Dutch subtitle, it struck me as being "off" from Putin's meticulous objective style of expression. I think I will wait and see it elsewhere.
