Bless the pedes questioning these underlying subtitles!
I watched what looks like the same speech this morning via another medium, and it had none of this.
We see this now and then: dubbed over or doubtful quotes, etc, saying exactly what the desperate and highly cynical truth seeker would want to hear. Why? It strikes like a confirmation: "See! I told you I was right! Now do you believe me??"
Raises red flags immediately, at least to me. It should to all anons. If it sounds too good to be true, there is a good chance that it is. The subtitles here scream fake to me, personally. Digging is likely to confirm this.
There have been other previous quotes attributed to Putin, along similar lines, that were bogus. (e.g. quotes regarding the Rothschilds). A little bit TOO MUCH inside information. Is this how a real white hat works? No. Look at DJT, at Kash, at all our PUBLIC champions. They are subtle, measured; they know how to play the PUBLIC game.
It's great that these things can be discussed here, but I'm concerned that there are enough pedes who just take this sort of thing at face value (people who may in fact be the designed target of such black propaganda), and it multiplies the fake content.
It's an information war, folks. That means would-be soldiers should never forget that we are going to be targeted with disinformation aimed at us (this sort of disinfo is designed to be a) believed by vulnerable newbie, inexperienced or momentarily careless anons and b) an instrument to discredit actual legitimate truth that the anons or truth seekers are seeking to share.
*In other words, poison pill disinformation. Spoil adjacent truth by association and source discreditting.

If this ISN'T fake, I'll eat my hat.
