These state cases usually set a NATIONWIDE precedent. Am I right?
With potential limitations. For instance, it may only apply to civil servants. I’m not familiar with this case.
Edit: read the article. This is the same case that Sotomayor swatted back without comment!! What a burn that they resubmitted to Thomas! Anyway, if the ruling overturns the mandate, it may be as narrow as city municipal employees… or it could be far broader.
I believe one case they ruled on required healthcare workers to get jabby jab if their employer required it but not employees of other fields. Sotomayor was openly spreading MSM talking points not based on science. It was shocking but I was not surprised.
