It may very well be along the lines of, " the enemy of my enemy is my friend". Putin is no imbecile. His intelligence service is not a bunch of amateurs. He knows what is going on in the world, along with most of the other leaders of major countries. This is a war between good and evil. I believe that Putin loves Russia and wants to go down in history as a great man and a great President. You can't do this by betraying your own people, you would be reviled throughout history. I believe that quite a few world leaders are in an alliance to take on the existing Cabal. I believe he is a part of the alliance of good, but not a member of the Q team. Of course, I could be wrong. He has his own intelligence apparatus and may be contributing intel from his side of the world. Hell, most of the classified information out there isn't about keeping the secrets from foreign countries, but from the citizens of their own nations. The intelligence agencies around the world already know most of the same intel, keeping secrets from each other is more like a game than anything else. They have their own unspoken code of conduct with spies and leaked info. There are some serious classified intelligence, but that is much more strictly controlled than the average TS clearance holder will ever see or even hear about. These are secrets that they keep from other foreign agents, but these are secrets that we don't even know exist nor do we even suspect them to exist.
