Yet, not a hate crime? WTF, another incident a black on white asult quote " I hate white people " proceeds to punch white woman in the face and breaking her nose. During trial judge says the perpetrator did not mean the white woman getting her nose broken. Removed the charge of hate crime from the asult record. The judge did that.
