Interesting nugget from Putin thrown in this speech, his first public acknowledgement of “Bioweapons” and “human experimentation” in Ukraine and elsewhere. It might not seem like much, but what Putin just asserted would be the two most consequential international crimes known to man. Putin just public accused the West of infringing the International Biological Weapons Treaty, as well as the Nuremberg Code.
