Also, in Europe. It's now gone. My best suggestion is to read about it. GcMAF is made in the human body, but the production is interrupted by Nagalase. This is an enzyme produced by cancer cells and parasites. There may be a producer of GcMAF. There was one in Japan. Needs to be researched for efficacy though.
