This is all interesting and the first I’ve heard of it. Do you think citrus fruits and carbonated waters are bad because they introduce acidity? I’m going to look more into this. Thanks.
I don't know..... but carbonated drinks ought to be a modicum because a dentist told me carbonic acid is formed. This will attack the enamel on your teeth. If excessive carbonated water is consumed, it is possible your PH level can be thrown off resulting in hypercapnia and acidosis. It goes back to a balanced diet and eating and drinking 'things' closest to the earth. To me, carbonated drinks don't really fit this description. Someone said spring water is the Nature's champagne.
