Only if you can explain to me what diseases are, how they are caused, why they become chronic and how to solve them. Until then I’ll continue to give you hints by writing it dis-ease.

I'd agree that stress causes illnesses, but most chronic diseases are caused by poor nutrition. ( too much carbs mostly )
