I've been privy to a lot of military tech displays, and let me tell you they are pathetic. Then, out of nowhere you see tech that is decades beyond the public. The funny thing is, it's not military tech. The military just contracts it's use.

Those private contractors get big bucks for it, but it's proprietary.

There's no posse comitatus against private companies, per se. However, waging war against Americans is still illegal.

Some of this tech is so devastating the military won't touch it, so where do you go with it? Where can you work on things so bad that secrecy is paramount?

Where is the dark side of the Earth, where none dare tread or see?

It's not China, the Middle East or Russia. It's NK.
