Idk. Parkinson's rigidity makes your muscles contract and you cannot be 'bent' nor lift your leg to step in a van or even walk without noticeable shuffle. Looks to me like her meds ran out about 30 minutes too early on that day and the S s agents just needed to get her out of there for PR reasons, hence, 'chucking in the van'.
