Seriously. Visiting a normie relative of my GF and I want to throw my shoe thru the tv and make comments every 5 seconds.

It's an addiction. Destructive yet hard to quit.

Opening windows, getting out to see nature, are great detox methods. Tell them how relaxed you felt after giving up the news for lent.
