Two recent examples:

The Saints kicker missed the game winning field goal in a game against the Vikings on Sunday.
San Francisco 49ers kicker Robbie Gould missed a field goal that would have iced the game for San Francisco. But during an attempt to tie the game, Rams QB Matt Stafford threw an interception that was returned for the game icing TD.
