they increase conductivity of air for radio and emf/vlf waves. Military comms too. But right before Ian, the sky was cross-hatched like tictactoe. Key West and MacDill AFBs Military owns Florida.

Do you think the trails were about the hurricane or something else? I don't know where President Trump is at the mome nt, but if he's in Florida, I'm guessing the military keeps a very tight watch over what is happening there.
