Looks like they gave the double some plastic surgery to remove wrinkles etc. Of course, I guess that's basically par for the course as unless you're cloning (and subsequently aging at the same pace) you're going to need a close match then surgery to make the final adjustments.
Question is, are these matches willing participants or have they been brain wiped or something weird like that first?
