Some reasons why I personally don't reach for brown rice.. taste, length of cooking, storage length. It's not bad, but I'm more willing to use wild rice. Idk. There's only so much change I can do at a time.. lol. I'm working on removing as much sugar as possible right now. That's just me. Idk for the general population.
So, why not use brown rice, which still has all it's fiber and nutrients, and doesn't need fortifying?
