Every detail has very specific meaning. Each coat of arms has to be unique from another family's and consequently sometimes the symbolism is strained to accommodate. The armorial history is more informative in every case, but I can't read it. Looks to me like a boilerplate "coat of arms" for a commoner family that wouldn't have a real coat of arms, but wants something to look impressive.
